Licensed pharmacist in Ontario. Completed her doctorate in Pharmacy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.

She practices as a pharmacist at Mount Sinai Hospital (a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Toronto), and prior held a "Senior Pharmacist" position at Brigham & Woman's Hospital (a teaching hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School).

In addition to her hospital practice, Negeen is a board-certified geriatric pharmacist and has held long-term care and retail pharmacy positions in both Canada and the United States.

As PharmAchieve's lead OSCE and OSPE instructor, Negeen has coached thousands of students for their PEBC exams.

Hooman is the co-founder of PharmAchieve, bringing a robust background at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computer science, healthcare, and education.

He started working in AI in 1998 as an AI Engineer for a California startup that achieved a $1 billion valuation, and in 1999, he honed his AI skills as a research scholar in machine learning at Carnegie Mellon University. From 2023 to 2026, he served as a graduate research assistant at both Harvard Medical School and MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), pioneering work at the cutting edge of healthcare, computer science, and AI.

He holds two Master’s degrees from MIT, where he ranked #1 in his program and was first runner-up for the best thesis prize. After scoring in the 99th percentile (the highest possible score) on the MIT entrance exams, Hooman made sure the techniques he used to succeed were embedded into PharmAchieve’s core "turning weakness into strength" philosophy, which serves as the foundational learning philosophy for PharmAchieve's exam prep courses.

Before founding PharmAchieve, Hooman built his career across 11 organizations, including Nortel, Texas Instruments, and PwC. During this time, he led the digital strategy for the Canadian Pharmacists Association's digital publications, advised numerous pharmacy start-ups, and shaped the strategy for Ontario's EQAO standardized testing agency.

As a technical lead and chief architect, Hooman has spearheaded the design, budget, and implementation of five major provincial health transformation projects for the governments of Ontario and Alberta with budgets of up to $70 million, he launched initiatives that directly impacted over a million patients, 100 hospitals, and 9,000 physicians.

Fatimah leads PharmAchieve’s PEBC Prep teams. Licensed in both Canada and England, she has practiced as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist and a Specialist Pharmacist in Elderly Care within British hospitals, alongside roles in Medicines Information and Clinical Trials.

Fatimah holds an undergraduate and PharmD degree from the University of Waterloo and a Postgraduate Certificate in General Pharmacy Practice from University College London.

With a specialized focus on geriatric care, she has also served as a consultant pharmacist for long-term care facilities.

Andrew works at PharmAchieve as the EE Course Coordinator, where he also develops content and reviews lecture materials.

Alongside his work in pharmacy education, he practices as a community pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart.

Andrew earned his PharmD from the University of Toronto, where he completed clinical rotations at Toronto General Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital, as well as an education rotation at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy.

Ereny serves as PharmAchieve’s MCQ Course Coordinator. A double alumna of the University of Toronto, she earned her Honours Bachelor of Science before graduating from the PharmD program at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy in 2021.

In addition to her role at PharmAchieve, Ereny practices as a staff pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart, where she actively supervises and mentors co-op and pharmacy students, fostering the next generation of practitioners.

Ping leads the Continuing Education team at PharmAchieve, overseeing the delivery of accredited CE courses

She graduated from the School of Pharmacy, University of London (UK) with a Master of Pharmacy degree. After graduating, she became licensed in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and Ontario.

Mariam is a CE Writer and MCQ course developer at PharmAchieve.

She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Ottawa. She has undertaken various placements at hospitals across Ontario, including CHEO, and has practiced as a pharmacist in several community pharmacy settings, most recently at Shoppers Drug Mart.

Nafia divides her time between practicing community pharmacy in Brampton, Ontario and developing course materials and teaching at PharmAchieve. She uses insights from her community practice to enhance her teaching materials. She graduated from the University College London (UCL) in 2020.

Sherry specializes in writing and educational development at PharmAchieve. A University of Toronto graduate, she has practiced community pharmacy in Ontario throughout her career.

Monica is a content developer and OSCE/OSPE instructor at PharmAchieve. She holds a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Strathclyde (UK) and is licensed in Ontario, with previous clinical experience in Manitoba. Monica balances her educational leadership with active practice as a community pharmacist.

Kira serves as a Content Developer and Instructor at PharmAchieve, focusing on PEBC exam preparation. She holds a PharmD from the University of Toronto. Alongside her work at PharmAchieve, Kira practices as a Clinical Pharmacist in Toronto.

Keyvan completed his undergraduate degree in pharmacy and obtained his PhD in cellular and molecular medicine with a specialization in pharmacology at the University of Ottawa . He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching in academia as a professor and senior lecturer and in chief scientific officer roles in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.

Mark is an assistant professor at the University of Toronto and a senior manager of Antimicrobial Stewardship at Mount Sinai Hospital. He graduated with a PharmD degree from Rutgers University in 2004.  After immigrating to Canada and working in the community for 10 years, he pursued a pharmacy residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, Ontario.  Following this, he practiced in Emergency and Critical Care for several years and transitioned to Infectious Disease/Antimicrobial Stewardship.

Mark is the past recipient of 3 teaching awards at the University of Toronto, including the Teaching Excellence Award (for teaching pharmacists), the PharmD Preceptor of the Year, and the Excellence in Inter-professional Collaboration Award (for his teaching of physicians).

Jasneet Dulai is currently the Senior Pharmacy and Operations Manager at Pocketpills where she is involved in operations management, product and program development, and partnerships. In addition to working in the digital health space, Jasneet has experience working in traditional community practice with Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws, and Whole Health Pharmacy.

Cassandra is a clinical pharmacist specializing in complex diabetes care at William Osler Health System in Brampton, Ontario. She is Anishinaabe and a member of M'Chigeeng First Nation. In addition to her clinical work, she currently serves as the vice-chair of the Indigenous Pharmacy Professionals of Canada (IPPC) and contributes to the University of Waterloo's School of Pharmacy Indigenization initiatives.

Richardo ("Ritchie") Loduca is a community pharmacist and an associate/manager of a Shoppers Drug Mart store, where he manages a staff of more than 50 people.

Zainab is a licensed pharmacist in Ontario. She completed her Masters in Pharmacy in England, UK. Currently, she is working at the Shoppers Cannabis Care Centre as a Cannabis Care pharmacist.

Rema completed her PharmD from university of Toronto. She also holds an honours bachelors of science from York university.

Vincent is a Medcial Science Liason at AbbVie, a prominent pharmaceutical research and drug manufacturer. He specializes in communicating new scientific developments to medical and scientific audiences. Prior to this position, he worked in hospital pharmacy at Sunnybrook and William Osler.

He graduated with a PharmD from the University of Toronto, and a MSc in Chemistry from Western University.

Dr. Holly Pileggi works as a Clinical Pharmacist at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital and she completed her residency at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.

As a dedicated lecturer and OSCE assessor at PharmAchieve, Carissa brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of pharmaceutical education. Her academic journey, marked by a HBSc and PharmD with Honours from the University of Toronto, is complemented by an Interprofessional Education Distinction Certificate, reflecting her commitment to holistic patient care.

Katie is acclaimed by PharmAchieve students for her ability to help them navigate through what are considered difficult topics. She has diverse experience in pharmacy including community, specialty pharmacy, central fill, and academia. She holds a PharmD from Butler University.

Yuxi is a CE Writer at PharmAchieve.

She completed her PharmD education at the University of Toronto. She has held various community pharmacy positions, including lead compounding pharmacist, during which she gained specialized training in developing custom-compounded formulations.

Henry graduated from the PharmD program at the University of Toronto Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy in 2022. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from York University.

Rema completed her PharmD from university of Toronto. She also holds an honours bachelors of science from York university.

Katherine works at St. Mary's Hospital as in the Inpatient Cardiac, Respirology. In addition she works in community pharmacy where she has over 10 years of experience. She holds PharmD and HBSc degrees from the University of Toronto.

Roger Tam is a Walmart Pharmacist that has been practicing since 1999. He is also a certified tobacco and certified diabetes educator. He volunteers his time at Our Own Health Centre a non-profit 2SLGBTQ+ organization providing addictions and smoking cessation counselling as well as works in a retail pharmacy setting.

Angela is an integral part of PharmAchieve's OSCE team. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a BScPharm with Distinction and has over 10 years of experience working as a clinical pharmacist and pharmacy manager in community pharmacy practice. She is licensed to administer injections and has additional prescribing authorization (APA) in Alberta. She also has experience working as a pharmacist skills lab facilitator mentoring pharmacist students at the University of Alberta and she previously served as an assessor for the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC). At PharmAchieve, Angela teaches OSCE and OSPE, develops course content, and teaches injections.

Rashika is a registered nurse who holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Immunology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from University of Toronto. She worked as a travel health nurse where she counselled, educated, and administered numerous travel vaccines to clients, which included intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.

Alexis graduated from the University of Toronto in 2023 and currently works in community practice. He previously worked in hospital practice at the Ottawa Hospital.

Zainab works as a community pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart. She has a passion for teaching and is known for her ability to help students understand difficult topics.
She graduated with a BSc Pharm from Monash University in Australia.

Kiran serves as an OSCE Instructor at PharmAchieve, drawing on his extensive experience as a Designated Manager of a community pharmacy. He earned his pharmacy degree from the University of Queensland (Australia).

Rojin practices community pharmacy and teaches OSCE classes at PharmAchieve. She holds a Masters of Pharmacy from Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata, in Italy.

Jamil is an experienced clinical pharmacist and educator with a comprehensive background in primary care, hospital practice (at Alberta Health Services), and pharmacy education. He has extensive experience mentoring future pharmacists and advocating for collaborative patient care.

He actively precepts PharmD and fourth-year pharmacy students in both ambulatory and institutional practice rotations and has been a frequent Guest Lecturer at the University of Alberta, the University of Saskatchewan, and the University of Toronto.

He holds a PharmD from the University of Alberta.

Saman practices community pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart. She is an EE, MCQ and OSCE instructor at PharmAchieve, drawing on her personal experience to enhance her teaching.

Chirag is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Clinical Pharmacist. He has clinical expertise in chronic disease management.

He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (PharmD) and McMaster University (BSc), and he has practiced in both hospital and family health team environments.

Shriya works as a clinical pharmacist at Brandford General Hospital and as a community pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart. She graduated in 2017 from Rhodes University. Shriya passed her PEBC Evaluating Exam with P0 (the highest possible score).

Dr. Mona Rahma has a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences. Over the course of her career, she worked as an assistant professor and a senior lecturer at various schools of pharmacy in Egypt, the UAE, and Australia. Dr. Mona Rahma's main area of research is nano-particulate lipid-based systems and vesicular drug delivery systems. She has published numerous scientific papers in reputed international journals and served as a peer reviewer for different journals.

Kamar is a University of Toronto PhD graduate in Cell and Systems Biology with a distinguished background as a research scientist.

She has experience managing regulatory submissions on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. At PharmAchieve, Kamar serves as Project Coordinator & Medical Quality Assurance Officer for the CE department.

Jenny works at PharmAchieve as a full-time graphic designer supporting development of medical illustrations, web design and video. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and a Masters of Science in biology from McGill University.

Stephanie is a full-time graphic designer and fine artist. She completed her bachelor's in Production Design at Sangmyung University in Korea. Afterward, she earned an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design with Honors and Fine Arts certifications from George Brown College in Ontario. She is a valued member of the graphic design team at PharmAchieve, where she utilizes her knowledge and design skills to enhance learning materials for students.

Si specializes in software development and has been working at PharmAchieve for over 7 years.

Hai works as a software developer at PharmAchieve. He holds a Master of Computer Science from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in Vietnam.

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Helia leads all HR functions at PharmAchieve, including recruiting, training and employee relations.

Helia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) in Ontario.

As the office manager, Jessica helps students with their inbound inquiries and is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. A graduate of George Brown College, she previously worked as a Team Lead for a Family Health Team.
